We want you to be completely satisfied with SlabScore. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy with no hidden conditions.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers: If you're not satisfied with SlabScore within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time Pro subscriptions ($10/month or $96/year)
- First-time Unlimited subscriptions ($30/month or $288/year)
- Upgrades from Free to a paid tier (monthly or annual)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your 7-day guarantee period:
- Email us at admin@slabscore.io
- Include your account email address
- Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We process refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:
- Prorated refund for unused time on your current billing period
- Account credit for future use
- Subscription downgrade instead of cancellation

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:
Monthly Subscriptions
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and your account will revert to the Free tier.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 7 days receive a full refund. After 7 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. Contact us for prorated refund consideration on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription anytime through one of these methods:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing
- Stripe Portal: Access your billing portal directly from your subscription email
- Email: Contact admin@slabscore.io and we'll cancel for you
What Happens to Your Data
When you cancel or downgrade:
- Your local card data remains on your device
- Cloud-synced data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
- After 30 days, cloud data may be permanently deleted
- You can export your data at any time before cancellation
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in these situations:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
If you're having issues, please contact us first — we're usually able to resolve problems without needing a refund.
